There are a total of 7 service plans associated with High Tech Telecom.

Flat Rate Long Distance Service – High Tech Telecom offers two separate flat rate long distance service plans. They are:

• Residential Service
• Small Business Service

Residential Program – This product offers a flat rate long distance phone service for individuals/families who are not operating a home-based business. The usage of this product is strictly geared towards typical residential calling patterns such as calling family and friends around the country. Although this service is labeled unlimited, there is, what may be considered, a qualifier. If a customer under the residential service uses 3,000 minutes or more a month, it raises questions. Typical long distance calls for residential customers show usage much less than 3,000 minutes a month. The cost is just $49.95 per month.

Small Business Service – The other unlimited flat rate service is specifically geared for home-based businesses and companies with few employees or phone lines (2 or 3 lines).  Larger companies do not qualify for this service.  Although the corporate office does monitor the minutes utilized by these customers, generally speaking, the company does not foresee any qualifiers for usage. The price for this service is $99.95 per month.

3-Way Calling - HTT offers 3-way calling on both business and residential service accounts. The price is $17.50 per line. We cannot offer 3-way calling on our TFS lines.

Toll-Free Access Service - This product is an exceptional one and is the alternative for individuals who cannot use the local access residential and small business flat rate service.

This product provides the same monthly flat rate service as the other calling plans, but in this case by utilizing this toll-free access number.

This service costs $99.95 per month and includes 3,500 minutes of use within the United States. Additional minutes are billed at 3.9 cents per minute.

Smart Toll-Free Service - One of High Tech’s newest features, 1-800 inbound calling, is ideal for our agents, and their clientele. Some of our own agents are using this service now.

• Just what is 1-800 inbound calling?

As the HTT corporate toll-free number routes potential customers to the main company offices, the 1800 inbound feature does the same for you and/or your customers. This service is ideal for small businesses and people who are rarely at home but get a variety of calls.

Inbound 1-800 service provides:

Toll free access to the user’s home or place of business.

• Free and easy access to the user’s current or potential customers.
• The number is displayed on the user’s web site. With HTT agents, your 1800 number will be placed on your site as opposed to the corporate number.
• Eliminates the need to publish a private home or business number
• Call transfer abilities.
• Away from your home or place of business but still need to be accessible?  Use this function to route your calls anywhere in the United States.
• Multiple voicemail boxes (up to 25)
• Electronic routing of messages via menu options

This service costs $49.95 per month for the first 632 minutes after which there is a charge of 7.9 cents per minute. If a customer goes over the allotted 632 minutes, an additional $20 charge will be placed against their account. Once the billing period is over, any remaining money from the $20 will carry over to the next month and go towards the customer’s monthly bill. For instance, Jane Doe uses extra minutes. Once she used 633 minutes, a $20 charge was placed against her account. If she only used ½ of the $20 charge (remember, the cost of 7.9 cents per minute), her next monthly bill will not be $49.95 but $39.95.

This product is great for small businesses and offices that have multiple employees or departments. By calling an advertised central number, the public can get through to individuals or departments as needed. Although some people do not like menu paths, they eliminate having people transferred from office to office until the right department or individual is found.

Web Call Button - A web call button is just that. A person viewing a web page clicks a “call me” button on the site, enters their telephone number and clicks “dial.”

The customer’s phone number is routed to the number programmed on the web button, and once they pick up the phone, the caller’s phone number rings.  It is that simple.

The web button costs the customer $19.95 per month. In addition to that charge, there is a one-time set up fee of $95. Finally, the customer is charged a usage fee. This varies depending on the volume of calls made.

Instant Messaging Service - This could be one of High Tech Telecom’s biggest sellers. Instant messaging can be used on various service carriers such as AOL, giving users “real time” E-mail conversations with friends, family, business associates and

High Tech’s Secure Transport Service has many features including:

Exchange private text messages with other HTTST users. If the recipient is not on line, you can still send a message and sends it when the user is back online.

Enables you to send and receive any file to and from other HTTST users.  HTTST protects the files from being compromised or viewed by unauthorized persons during the transfer. If your Internet connection is corrupted or broken, HTTST immediately stops the transfer and resumes it at that same pint when the Internet connection is restored. You won’t have to completely resend the file.

Use a virtually shared window in which any of the participants of the chat session can type text in real time with maximum security. The chat allows multiple users to securely collaborate and communicate with out having to travel to meetings.

Utilize secure E-mail encryption to prevent compromise and espionage of files sent as attachments via traditional E-mail systems. To safely protect your files, right click the name of the recipient in your contact list and select E-mail (or right click the file and select the “Send mail with HTTST encrypted attachment” option). After you send the message, only the recipient may decrypt and open the attachment.

Allowed to utilize Voice over IP chat, which ensures that even a 14,400 BPS modem connection is sufficient.

Send voicemail messages through the voice message feature. This allows you to use a microphone to record and send voice messages up to 15 seconds in length.

The cost to customers for this service is only $19.95 per month. There are no setup charges or user fees. This is unbelievably cheap for the functions available.

Conferencing Service - This one product should be among the most lucrative the company has to offer. If anyone works in a company that uses conference calls as a vital connection with their agents/employees/customers all over the country, you know how important a tool like this can be for businesses and managers throughout the United States.

Our conferencing service works differently than any other offered today. While others charge by the minute, HTT offers unlimited conference calling service for a flat rate of $39.95 per month. Others charge anywhere from 4.9 cents per minute, to over 10 cents a minute. With us, they get one low monthly charge.

The conferencing service can handle up to 132 connections at a time. It also allows for one-to-one conversations while the call is ongoing.

With other conference calling services, the actual times of the call must be scheduled in advance with the provider.  With High Tech Telecom, our service can be used anytime. An executive can make an “on the fly” decision to discuss business with his corporate offices throughout the United States. The service is ready to go when the company is.

Calling Card Programs - High Tech Telecom offers some of the least expensive rates anywhere. Calling in the USA is only 2.9 cents per minute! We have a number of different plans available for you to offer your customers.

NOTE: Due to the ever-changing market, High Tech Telecom cannot guarantee that minute rates will not change. As an example, China recently quadrupled the cost of their rates. Although HTT was the last company to change our rates for China, we had to eventually cover our costs.

These products speak for themselves. As is true with other calling cards, these allow calling by utilizing a PIN number, not your own service.

The HTT calling cards differ from others in that our prices are amazingly low. The connections have extremely crystal clear quality, and can be used in various places throughout the world. The calling card program actually has five specific components.

Patriot Calling Cards

This card can be used throughout the North America. Generally speaking this card covers the USA and Canada.

Asia Connection

These cards can be utilized throughout Asia, including such places as Australia and New Zealand.

Latin Connection

This card covers South America.

European Connection

England, France, Belgium, and Germany are examples of the countries covered by this card program.

Virtual Calling Cards

The buyer does not have to buy a physical card to use our service. The “virtual card” operates in the same fashion as regular calling cards. You just don’t have the plastic card. The customer signs up for a specific calling card (Latin Connection, Patriot Card etc) along with the face value ($5, $10, or $20). The company provides a PIN to the customer, and their minutes are activated. As is true with the plastic cards, once the total allotted minutes are completely used; the “virtual card” is automatically deactivated. There is the option to “recharge” their card by providing additional funds.

All accounts are prepaid monthly. The recurring payments for HTT accounts occur three days prior to the anniversary date. As an example, if a customer signs up for service on November 12, they will be charged on the 9th of December.

If notice to cancel is not received 3 days prior to the anniversary date of the account, they will be charged. To ensure this does not happen, it is recommended that customers either call or email to the High Tech Telecom corporate office within said time frame.

The policy for charging a prorated share of the monthly fee is for new customers within their first month of service. As an example, you signed up for residential service (or any other HTT service) on November 12. If you wish to cancel service after a week, you can simply notify the corporate office, and a prorated share for the remainder of your monthly fee will be returned. However, once you have stayed past your first month, the cancellation policy above holds true.
